Serpentine Ventures AG (SERV), the investment arm of the Swiss Startup Group, is looking for an experienced individual to work alongside the Head Clients of SERV covering Investor Relations within the Clients department.

SERV was founded by experienced entrepreneurs and financial services professionals and works with exceptional entrepreneurial talent to build and invest in technology driven ventures. SERV wants to build a dedicated client team that expands its capabilities by selectively recruiting and adding distinctive talent.

Tasks
- Be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving a customer centric investor relations framework
- Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain investor confidence
- Build and maintain communication with Limited Partners (LPs)
- Take full responsibility for investor related materials, activities and communication channels
- Keep LPs well informed, organize regular investor relations activities, i.e., annual meetings, quarterly Limited Partners updates, industry meetings etc.
- Drive content and distribution strategy of communications for SERV’s LP’s

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree or above, ideally with a major in business administration & strategy, marketing, entrepreneurship & innovation, or finance
- A sound understanding of investment management and financial market products and services, ideally in venture capital
- High energy level, independence, entrepreneurial mindset, individual motivation, and a collaborative team-oriented approach to business
- Superior oral and written communication skills in English German and preferably in French
- Experience with CRM software
- Comfortable with quick changes, tight deadlines and moving targets
- Ability to establish a high level of credibility externally and internally (personable, mature, influential)
- Exceptional record of academic, entrepreneurial and professional achievement
- Strong commercial acumen and intellectual curiosity with proven ability to leverage personal network, e.g. with family offices and individual investors
- High attention to detail, with a reputation for producing consistent, clear and reliable outputs
