Project Manager Industrial Cooperation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Project Manager (M/F/d) at Rheinmetall Air Defence AG, you will lead Industrial Cooperation projects in which you can contribute and develop your expertise. In doing so, you will act as the central point of contact for other Rheinmetall companies and external companies.
- Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Development of a cooperation concept to achieve the contractual and corporate objectives
- Selection of companies and partners in the bidding phase
- Definition of costs and scope in cooperation with the specialist departments and the external partners
- Definition of investment, training and information requirements
- Reporting within the scope of program implementation to the program management and the steering committee
- Overall coordination to ensure program progress

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Technical education and ideally an additional business education
- Experience as a project manager in an industrial environment
- A high IT affinity or a good technical understanding should be present
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Negotiating skills, assertiveness and flexibility in finding solutions
- Industry knowledge (defense technology) is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Flexibility for business trips lasting several days and strong intercultural skills
