**Job Title** : Channel Account Manager Consumer Switzerland
**Location**: Baar / Switzerland or Home Office
**Job Summary**:
The Channel Account Manager Consumer Switzerland will be responsible for a defined set of Retail and Ecommerce channel partners, reporting to the Country Manger Switzerland for Consumer Business. Selling all consumer relevant Netgear products into those accounts and increase their in-house share with Netgear is the key task. Key product lines are Home Networking solutions such as Router, Range Extender, Wifi-Systems, Switches and our Arlo Home Security Solution. The CAM Consumer will handle their assigned accounts in all aspects from Sales, Training and Education, Order Administration/Logistics and Marketing activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Daily Management of existing customer relationship including Netgear Distribution Partners and assigned accounts to drive sales with all product categories.
- Define and implement an account-based sales strategy and business plan to achieve our Corporate Goals
- Develop quarterly marketing plans and sales activities to increase our sales
- Development and implementation of channel programs and promotions
- Education and training of our partners sales staff in classroom format, in store or via phone
- Internal coordination with Finance, Controlling, Operations, Product Marketing and Support for all customers
- Maintenance of the customers store portfolio and product appearance on shelf and online
- Handling existing order
- and replenishment systems (VMI-Tool)
- Monitoring of our sales numbers on product level and adjust our strategy if needed to ensure optimized sales incl. weekly forecasting
- Ongoing Analysis and identification of new business opportunities for Netgear products and solutions to expand our market share
- Review and monitoring of market trends, market pricing and competitors’ activities
**Profile (Education/Experience)**:
- Graduated studies at University or University of applied science or similar practical education and experience on the job
- Minimum two years of sales experience to Consumer Channels in Switzerland with a high affinity to Information technology and Consumer Electronics (products and solutions)
- Autonomous, self-motived and result driven personality with high regard to attention to detail and content management
- Excellent communication skills and highly energetic, very good presenter and relationship building skills
- Highly proficient with sales numbers in all details and understanding forecasting and reporting with an analytical approach
- Adaptive to change, open to learn and keep up with product and solution knowledge in a highly innovative and fast moving market
- Digitally proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Native German and very good English language skills verbally and in writing - French would be a clear plus
