The Strategic Program Manager Finance Platform is a key role in Julius Baer Group organizationally located in the department Finance Change & Platform. In this role, you will work closely with all CFO functions as well as with Business Functions and with IT.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
This position will is pivotal in shaping the Finance organization of the future. In particular the Strategic Program Manager Finance Platform is responsible for the following tasks:

- Manage major programs and projects as part of the Finance Transformation, in particular with a focus on the integration of WM business, Client offering and Treasury topics in the Core Finance Platform enabling enhanced Business Steering, Performance Management and future-proof Controlling
- Drive the further development of the global Finance TOM focusing on the interaction of Markets, Treasury, Banking Operations, and Core Finance in the context of own investments in the banking and trading book as well as of WM business
- Be a strong interface to and collaborator with Treasury, Pricing and the Product shops (in particular for on-Balance sheet products) to drive and supervise the implementation of systems, tools and data foundation needed within the Finance Transformation context
- Ensure Program Governance and Planning is always in place. Internal and external dependencies are known and managed. Risks are appropriately addressed and managed in a diligent manner. Key decisions to be taken by relevant bodies are prepared in a high-quality including impact analysis and possible options
- Support the further development of the core Finance business and IT architecture to enhance efficiency & automation and to provide the basis for enhanced steering focusing on WM business, Client offering and Treasury topics in the Core Finance Platform

**YOUR PROFILE**:
They deal with ambiguity, drive for results, demonstrate managerial courage, and gladly act as a coach for all kind of stakeholder within and outside of the core Finance organization. They are able to work with various stakeholders and create strong and long-lasting relationships.
- Proven experience and track record in a similar leadership role within the financial services industry preferrable in private or investment banking
- Broad and deep knowledge of the own investments in the banking and trading book as well as of PB Client Product and Service offering and how this is reflected and processed in the Finance sphere
- Insights in technology/solutions used within Finance Domains (SAP and other Finance related systems used for external and internal reporting, planning & controlling, data analytics etc.)
- Deep experience in delivering big projects/programs, both in the “classic” and the “agile” way
- Visionary thinking person with strong hands-on and solution-oriented mind-set
- Ability to build up and manage high performing teams and ability to communicate effectively and purposeful to target audience on all levels within the organization
- Ability and willingness to push the Finance organization towards its goals defined as part of the overall Finance Transformation program
- Commitment to being a team player, high social competence
- Strong stakeholder management skill
- University degree (Business Economics, Engineering) or comparable educational qualification
- Fluent in English, German preferred, any other language skill is a plus
