Ihr Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf dem Aufbau einer lebendigen Markenbotschafter-Community, die unser Engagement im Running Sport durch Community-Events, Test - und Sportevents sowie strategische Partnerschaften vorantreibt. Die Weiterentwicklung des lokalen Aktivierungsplans zur Implementierung von globalen Markenstrategien sowie zur Unterstützung des Durchverkaufs liegen hier in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich. Ihre Hauptaufgaben bestehen aus:_** - _ Gesicht der Marke Salomon zu Athleten, Meinungsbildnern, Partnern, Verhandlung und Umsetzung von strategischen Partnerschaften und Eventkooperationen (inkl. 360° Aktivierung und perfektem Markenauftritt)_ - _ Koordination des Salomon Trail Running Teams sowie des Scouting/Rookie-Programms in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Community Manager_ - _ Koordination, Aktivierung und Weiterentwicklung der Markenbotschafter-Community allgemein sowie in Sport-Epicentern_ - _ Koordination von Social-Media-Aktivitäten und Content-Erstellung (in Abstimmung mit dem Digital Marketing Team) und deren Umsetzung durch die Markenbotschafter_ - _ Umsetzung der Influencer Strategie von Salomon Running_ - _ Unterstützung der PR und Medienarbeit durch Sport - und Produktexpertise_ - _ Koordination und Teilnahme von „After-Work“- oder Wochenend-Veranstaltungen_ - _ Koordination von externen Lieferanten, Agenturen und Partnerfirmen_ - _ Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team (national) sowie global (Brand, Sports & Community Marketing inkl. Your focus will be on building a vibrant brand ambassador community to drive our engagement in running sports through community events, test and sport events and strategic partnerships. Further development of the local activation plan to implement global brand strategies as well as to support sell through are your responsibilities here. Your main responsibilities will be**: - Face of the Salomon brand to athletes, opinion leaders, partners, events, institutions - Negotiation and implementation of strategic partnerships and event cooperations (incl. 360° activation and perfect brand presence) - Coordination of the Salomon trail running team as well as the scouting/rookie program in cooperation with the community manager - Coordination, activation and further development of the brand ambassador community in general as well as in sports epicenters - Coordination of social media activities and content creation (in coordination with the digital marketing team) and their implementation by the brand ambassadors - Implementation of Salomon Running's influencer strategy. - Support PR and media relations with sports and product expertise - Coordination and participation of "after-work" or weekend events - Coordination of external suppliers, agencies and partner companies - Close cooperation with the marketing team (national)
