Marketing Asset Management Intern

**In short**:
We are crafting On’s visual appearance online and offline by being at the source of everything related to marketing assets. A strong marketing asset management foundation is the backbone of our growing marketing operations. Therefore we are currently looking for a Marketing Asset Intern to help us set up the success of the team by helping manage the global digital asset platform (Bynder) with the growing number of assets and campaign material. You will report into the Marketing Asset Lead based in Zurich.

**Your Mission**:

- Work in a cross-functional set up to ensure deadlines are met and asset deliverables distributed in time
- Ensure all stakeholders are supplied with the next-level digital assets via our digital asset management platform (Bynder)
- Take ownership of the Bynder content and interface maintenance (by uploading assets, updating the home interface and guideline section)
- Coordinate project management tasks collaborating with the Marketing Asset Specialists
- Ensure asset naming convention & asset usage rights are up to date and used correctly
- Internship Project: Establish measurable KPIs in Bynder Analytics that translate into actions

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- You are a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset bringing new ideas to the table
- You are passionate about creative problem-solving with strong communication skills
- You have excellent project management skills
- You’re really organized with great analytical skills and you have a good eye for detail
- You’ve already run end to end projects in your previous internships
- You are excited and have experience to work in a diverse and cross-functional environment
