About the Marketing Excellence Team

The Marketing Excellence team is a key pillar of the Global Marketing & Commercial Excellence organization. We drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and high-impact marketing execution across the Straumann Group. Our team oversees global marketing and technical communications, ensuring seamless project leadership from planning through to implementation across regional and local teams.

We focus on building a scalable, data-driven marketing infrastructure that supports brand consistency, accelerates go-to-market performance, and promotes collaboration throughout the global marketing community.

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Intern to join our Marketing Excellence team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to strategic marketing processes in a global, cross-functional environment. The position is temporary until October 2025, with the potential to extend the contract based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Asset Management: Organize and manage marketing file storage and sharing systems to ensure easy access and version control across teams.
- Review & Approval Workflow Support: Facilitate the marketing asset review process by coordinating between Asana and ZiFlow, ensuring timely feedback and approvals.
- Localization & Translation Management: Oversee translation workflows in Asana, coordinating with external translation agencies to support timely and high-quality localization of marketing materials.
- SharePoint Administration: Update and maintain internal SharePoint pages to keep the marketing community informed and aligned.
- General Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to marketing operations and project coordination.

Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a structured and process-oriented environment.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using collaboration platforms and tools (Asana, SharePoint, etc. preferred).
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute.
