**INTERN CONTROLLING (12 months / 60% to 100%)**:
New Reinsurance Company Ltd. (NewRe) is a Swiss reinsurer, founded in Zurich in 1926. In 1988, NewRe became part of Munich Re Group. What makes NewRe a preferred reinsurer is our determination to find appropriate reinsurance solutions for our clients, coupled with thorough market know-how and swift response times.

You will support the Head of Controlling and his team with general reporting activities and tasks related to the implementation of IFRS 17.

**Place of work**:
Zürich

**Your responsibilities**:

- Co-creation of standard management reports and preparation of ad-hoc analyses
- Perform profitability analyses of different business units
- Support the team in the annual planning process
- Coordination and data delivery to our external Auditor
- Assist Accounting unit with specific tasks in their area
- Support internal digitalization project

**Your profile**:

- University courses focused on business administration, economics, mathematics or other related fields
- Commercial degree or similar with relevant experience an advantage
- Advanced Excel and Word skills
- Flair for numbers
- Quick grasp and good technical skills
- Proactive team player with good communications skills, flexible, exact and with an independent working style
- Very good command of English
