**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
**Technical**
- Orchestrate all functional and technical development of the Pitchbook Platform and its various aspects and interfaces in coordination with internal IT and external developers
- Write functional specifications, request and approve development offers from internal IT and external developers, followed by testing and approving all new development efforts
- Investigate and resolve technical errors and bugs, in coordination with internal IT and external developers

**Content**
- Oversee the creation of new slides and commission graphics in coordination with the branding team
- Manage and coordinate Legal and Compliance reviews, translations and proof readings with internal and external proof readers
- Ensure all Pitchbook slides are accurate and current at all times
- Manage requests for content changes and new content/slides
- Liaise with stakeholders to review and update content on regular basis
- Ensure language alignment with corporate guidelines

**Management**
- Promote the platform and educate users through published information, our intranet page, and introductory sessions
- Field user questions about functionality and content
- Organize and chair meetings with content owners
- Plan budget and manage invoicing, produce monthly usage reportings

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Ability to understand complex software environments
- Knowledge of Censhare, InDesign, Excel and analytics
- Project
- and stakeholder management
- English native equivalent, good German would be an advantage
- Hands-on attitude and detail orientation
- Ability to work under pressure
