Equity Brain is a Finance and investment business. we are seeking a new team member to support our finance and accounting team, to give a helping hand. Most of the capabilities you will learn on the job as long as you feel comfortable to organsie and support our payments and legal team.

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order
- Coordinate and manage office events and functions
- Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable, and budgeting
- Utilize accounting software (Xero, Sage) to manage financial records and generate reports
- Assist with financial management, including monitoring expenses and analyzing financial data
- Mentor and train new office staff members

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial services and accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and Sage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: CHF1,000.00 - CHF3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
