Rattaché(e) au Directeur de l'enseigne, vous serez son véritable bras droit dans la gestion courante du point de vente.

Vous animerez les équipes et piloterez les opérations du quotidien afin d'atteindre des objectifs alignés avec les attentes, tout en gardant votre fil rouge principal: la satisfaction client.

**Le poste**:
**Vos responsabilités incluront, sans s'y limiter**:
Assister le directeur de boutique dans la gestion globale de la boutique, y compris la supervision d'une équipe de vente de 20 personnes, et dans la réalisation des objectifs de vente.
Planifier, organiser et superviser les activités quotidiennes de l'équipe de vente pour garantir un excellent service client et atteindre les objectifs de vente.
Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente pour fournir des conseils experts aux clients sur les produits de beauté et parfums, en recommandant des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins.
Gérer les transactions de vente, gérer les encaissements et maintenir une caisse précise.
Participer à la gestion des stocks, en suivant les niveaux de stocks, en réapprovisionnant les produits et en effectuant des comptages réguliers.
Recruter, former et encadrer le personnel de vente, en favorisant le développement professionnel et en assurant un haut niveau de motivation.
Assurer le respect des normes d'hygiène, de sécurité et de présentation de l'espace de vente.
Contribuer à la planification et à la mise en œuvre d'initiatives promotionnelles et d'événements spéciaux en lien avec les marques.

**Votre profil**:
Expérience préalable dans le secteur de la beauté, de la parfumerie ou du commerce de détail.
Expérience avérée en gestion d'équipe, idéalement avec une équipe de vente.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle.
Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et à diriger en l'absence du directeur.
Passion pour les produits de beauté et parfums, avec une connaissance approfondie des tendances actuelles.
Compétences en gestion des stocks et en tenue de caisse.
Sens aigu de l'esthétique et de la présentation visuelle.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution.
CFC Employé de commerce (ou équivalent) requis.
