La RTS propose un stage de 6 mois minimum au sein de son département Communication & Marketing, dans le service Sponsoring et Publicité. Le Sponsoring a pour rôle d'établir, par des moyens innovants et inventifs, un lien commercial fort et pérenne entre les sponsors et les programmes.

**Votre mission**: Vous participez à l'activité quotidienne de l'équipe Sponsoring, des chef-fe-s de produits et de la responsable communication et les soutiendrez à travers diverses missions de coordination.
- En collaboration avec les chef.fe.s de produit Sponsoring, vous participez à la réflexion et à la réalisation d'offres de sponsoring (PowerPoint) destinées au marché ainsi qu'à la recherche d'information et de documentation concernant les émissions de la RTS.
- Réelle force de proposition, vous contribuez à l'élaboration des documents nécessaires aux responsables de vente Sponsoring.
- Vous êtes le soutien administratif de l'ensemble de l'équipe Sponsoring et Publicité.
- Doté d'un intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies, les réseaux sociaux et le web, vous avez des compétences pour suivre des projets créatifs, analyser des données et accompagner des projets en lien avec le sponsoring, avec assiduité et créativité pour soutenir la Responsable communication.
- Vous participez à l'organisation d'événements/invitations et plus largement vous soutenez les activités du service de manière transversale à l'interne et à l'externe.
- Vous vous familiariserez avec les exigences, les contraintes et les enjeux d'un service commercial dans une grande entreprise de service public et découvrirez un environnement professionnel complexe où rigueur et créativité vont de pair.
- Pour la bonne réalisation de ces missions, vous devrez vous familiariser au préalable avec le cadre légal, la politique SSR en matière de publicité et de sponsoring.**Votre profil**:

- Prérequis : vous êtes en fin ou en cours de formation dans le domaine du marketing, de la vente et/ou de la communication (Université/HEC/HES-SO, SAWI/Polycom, CREA, ou autre formation jugée équivalente) HEIGVD/Ecole Hôtelière. Un contrat sera établi avec votre école.
- Excellente maîtrise du français, orthographe irréprochable
- Bonne compréhension et rédaction de l'allemand (B1-B2)
- Maîtrise parfaite des outils informatiques (Office 365) avec d'excellentes connaissances de PowerPoint.
- Maîtrise des réseaux sociaux, LinkedIn et CMS un atout.
- Intérêt marqué pour les médias et sensibilité commerciale
- Esprit d'initiative, d'analyse et de synthèse
- Rigueur

- Entregent et aisance dans les contacts

- Taux d'activité :80-100%
- Durée du stage : 6 mois minimum
- Lieu de travail : Lausanne ou Genève avec des déplacements réguliers sur l'autre site, présence SUR SITE- Défraiement : CHF. 1'500./mois
