**JOB TITLE Talent & HR Project Manager**

**MISSION**
Reporting to the HRD and part of the Human Resources department you will lead and contribute to the development of the Talent Acquisition & Talent Management for our Maison. You will also take care of strategic HR transversal projects (linked to Employer branding, HR transformation projects, Internal Communication, etc...). You will be a key asset of the HR team that will contribute to accompany the transformation of our Maison and support the growth and ambitions of our Roger Dubuis Tribe.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

**HR Project Management**
- Be the referent to lead and implement HR project not necessarily linked to talent that will contribute to increase our HR culture, HR processes and efficiency.
- Support the HRD on the roll out of specific HR process, or strategic presentation.

**Talent Management and Talent Development**
- In charge of the consolidation of the global talent management process for the Maison (Monitor Talent KPI and action plan in the regions).
- Work closely with the HRBP and Local HR to build specific career plans and provide necessary exposure for identified potentials: Work with them to taylor made individual development plan to ensure our colleague can grow accordingly to their path.
- Coordinate mobility for international talents, in close collaboration with HRD.
- Coordinate the annual Organization & Talent Review (OTR) with the regions, closely partnering with HRBP, Local HR and Managers and consolidate the output for HQ.
- Identify talent competency needs and define action plan for critical competencies/metiers, including insource & outsource approach.

**Talent Acquisition**
- Support the HRD/HRBP in the search of key recruitment for the Maison (identify pipeline, network inside and outside the Group, contribute to define the right profile, assessment.) you will be part of the decision-making process.
- Responsible for HR/Talent communication on social media such as LinkedIn, Yammer, Intranet
- Build sustainable partnerships with key universities and prepare the talent pool of our future needs.
- Propose initiative to build the employer branding strategy together with the HRD and follow up the implantation in the markets.

**KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS**

Master Degree in Human Resources with 5 years’ experience in the HR field related to:
We are looking for a HR professional dynamic who already has a first proven experience in Talent Management and Acquisition that has been exposed to manage HR transversal projects globally.
- You are passionate by people.
- You are curious about the latest trends when we refer to talent acquisition & talent experience for attracting the best talents.
- You are digital savvy (you are very comfortable with LinkedIn recruiting, success factors, Boolean search...).
- You are multitasking, agile, analytics, with the ability to manage complex HR projects in a matrix environment.
- You are KPI’s driven and you want to have an impact on what you are doing
- Powerpoint has no clue for you (and you love it), and you are innovative enough to constantly challenge the status quo.
- Fluent in English and French.
