- Operations & escalation:

- Manage and supports the team of schedulers in delivering quality scheduling services.
- During project planning phase, provides support to Project Scheduler for the preparation of the Baseline, the set-up of the internal and external reporting, leveraging from Standards and return of experience
- During project monitoring phase, supports Project Schedulers in managing the Schedule, identifying, and anticipating schedule risks and opportunities, developing corrective actions, and/or escalating issues
- During project close out phase, ensures that all lessons learned are properly recorded and fed back to Standard Schedule Templates
- Closely assist Project Schedulers through claim preparation and develop supporting schedules and analysis
- Can be directly engaged in critical scheduling activities, as needed.
- Can be involved, as representative of the Scheduling function, in specific meetings with Customers
- People management:

- Within the assigned perimeter (portfolio of projects, BU or entity ), is responsible for planning and assigning people to the various projects/ activities
- Manage his direct reports technically and disciplinary
- Foster the development of employees. Ensure all Schedulers are properly skilled, trained, and take direct responsibility on the integration of newcomers
- Methods & Tools, Innovation & Continuous improvement:

- Ensures that scheduling methods and tools are properly and uniformly implemented, providing the necessary visibility to the management functions, on all the time-related aspect
- Is involved in the continuous improvement of new developments of processes, standards, or tools
- Ensure that experience feedback is properly captured and used as input to Continuous improvement
- Is aware of the HSE requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them

**Your experiences**:
**Job specific requirements**:

- Completed Bachelor's/Master's studies
- Strong technical and contractual understanding of the end-to-end delivery process of projects or products within EPC (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning) industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a scheduling function preferably in the Power Sector
- Experience in a production role, such as engineering, construction or project coordination/ management is a plus
- Excellent knowledge in Primavera P6 and MS-Project. Any other monitoring tool is a plus
- Very good knowledge of Project Management techniques (preferably PMP certified)
- Very good verbal and writing English knowledge (German knowledge will be an additional asset)
