**Vos responsabilités incluent notamment**
- En tant que Product Owner Junior, vous soutenez l’équipe dans la gestion du cycle de vie complet des produits digitaux, notamment l’e-banking, le mobile banking et Twint. Vous contribuez notamment à:

- Contribuer à la définition de la vision produit et de la feuille de route
- Définir, documenter et animer l’offre produit tout au long de son cycle de vie
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des parcours clients et des processus internes
- Rédiger les besoins métiers et suivre leur mise en œuvre avec les équipes IT
- Assurer le support de 2e niveau pour les outils digitaux (clients internes et externes)

**Votre profil**
- Première expérience en tant que Product Owner, Product Manager ou Project Manager
- Formation supérieure en économie, informatique, gestion de produit ou domaine équivalent
- Intérêt marqué pour les produits digitaux, la qualité et l’expérience utilisateur
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse, aisance relationnelle et esprit d’initiative
- Maîtrise du français et de l’allemand, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
