Are you passionate about Real Estate Investments and interested to play an instrumental part in managing and developing our management systems?

**What you will do**
- Manage the various business requirements and implementation for the existing infrastructure setup
- Drive strategic digital projects to improve and streamline data management as well as build up external reporting
- Ensure the data acquisition, consolidation process and quality assurance workflows for the monthly reporting processes
- Maintain close interaction with local real estate teams and keep them informed about latest developments, trainings and infrastructure changes
- Further develop and integrate the strategy for our infrastructure including affiliate systems such as BuildingMinds, SAP and our internal data warehouse
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative solutions that can drive digital transformation in real estate
- Collaborate with external partners and auditors
- Be part of Group Real Estate and contribute to shaping our real estate investment business

**What you bring**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or business administration. A master's degree is preferred
- Proven experience in driving real estate systems initiatives, preferably within the insurance or banking industry
- Strong understanding of immopacred, other portfoliomanagment platforms, state-of-the-art international property management systems, data analytics, e.g., Python, SQL, PowerBI and data bricks
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business needs and translate them into digital solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German and French is highly desirable
