**What will I get to do in this role?**
- As a Global Paid Advertising Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of our paid advertising strategies, ensuring their alignment with our business objectives.
- By examining correlations between prospecting activities, revenue, and budget, you will gain valuable insights to optimize our paid marketing efforts.
- Stay ahead of the competition by researching and testing partnerships with new vendors.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing teams and local sales offices to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
- Showcasing your creativity and expertise, you will craft compelling landing pages and lead-gen forms to distribute our content through relevant paid programs.
- As a Global Paid Advertising Manager, you will lead and inspire members of our paid advertising team.
**What are the role requirements?**
- +5 years proven digital marketing experience in/with multinational companies driving growth through digital marketing activities.
- Deep knowledge of various paid marketing channels and technologies is vital. This includes expertise in paid search, retargeting, social network advertising, content distribution and placement networks.
- Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results is crucial.
- +2 years of outstanding communication and leadership skills will empower you to inspire and motivate the paid advertisement team.
- As a Global Paid Advertising Manager, you must possess excellent organizational and time management skills. Juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines is part of your everyday routine.
- Your strategic mindset and exceptional analytical skills will set you apart.
