**Product Manager - Digital Advertising 80-100%**:

**Deine Aufgaben****:

- Analysen des nationalen und internationalen Werbemarkts mit Schwerpunkt auf Digital
- Fokus auf kundenzentrierte Produkte (Customer centric product research and design)
- Analyse der Nutzer
- und Kundengruppen (user and client research)
- Analyse und Umsetzung von Epics und Initiativen innerhalb unserer agilen SAFE-Organisation
- Aktiver Ausbau der digitalen Produktpalette sowie Optimierung der bestehenden
- Mitgestaltung der digitalen Produktstrategie inklusive der respektiven road maps & lifecycles

**Dein Profil**:

- 3 bis 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise in einer agilen Organisationsform
- Profunde Kenntnisse der digitalen Werbe-Wertschöpfungskette
- Fähigkeit, technische Setups und Komplexitäten inhaltlich zu durchdringen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im multiplen Stakeholdermanagement
- Schnelle und mühelose Anpassung auf geänderte Anforderungen und Gegebenheiten
- Lust auf Mitgestalten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit und Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams
- Erfahrung in mehreren der Disziplinen wie Campaign Management/ Programmatic, Produktmanagement, Design thinking, Innovation, Sales, UX Design oder UX Research wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, verhandlungssicher in Englisch
