To strengthen our team at Goldbach neXT AG we’re looking for a dedicated
**Product Manager Digital Advertising (f/m/d)**:
Pensum: 80-100%| 3 days home office| Location: Zürich, Küsnacht
If you’re convinced that the ad industry will have a future outside of Google and Facebook, you like digital advertising and you are passionate about building great products, you should keep on reading.
**WE WILL TRUST YOU**:
- Active shaping of our digital product portfolio including new products, features and the optimization of current products.
- Market watch and trend scouting on national as well as international bases in order to bench mark and generate ideas.
- Sketch new, innovative customer centered digital advertising products, along with analysis and adjustments of the existing portfolio.
- Conduct user and client research and extract recommended actions to better address their needs.
- Create your own initiatives/ epics, within our SAFE organization, according to your product ideas and steer them through the development stages until successful launch.
- Contribute to the overall digital product strategy including the respective road map and lifecycle management.
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- 2+ years of Product Management experience in the digital world.
- Sound knowledge of the digital advertising market and value chain.
- Ability to comprehend and break down complex technical setups.
- Experience in managing various stakeholder groups.
- Driven, entrepreneurial spirit paired with the capability to adapt yourself and an openness to change.
- Familiar with agile processes like Scrum or SAFE.
- Ability to work autonomously with a balance of collaboration: You don't need to wait for directions, but know when buy-in is critical.
- Fluency in English, German minimum on B2 level.
