**OFFICE MANAGER**
La società ha un respiro **internazionale** e uno **spiccato orientamento all’innovazione** e alla **digital transformation**.
**Requisiti**
**Hard skills**
- Formazione in ambito economico;
- **Esperienza in ruoli di front office;**:
- Conoscenza dei **principi contabili basilari** (_prima nota fatture di acquisto e vendita_, _riconciliazioni bancarie_, _registrazione note spesa_);
- **Ottima** conoscenza della **lingua inglese**, scritta e parlata;
- Buona dimestichezza con **Excel**;
- L’esperienza in società di consulenza strutturate rappresenterà un plus
**Soft skills**
- **Senso pratico **e **proattività **per acquisire **autonomia **nel completamento dei propri task;
- Buon equilibrio tra **capacità relazionali** e **di amministrazione;**:

**Mansioni**
Stiamo cercando una persona dinamica e flessibile, un/una _office manager_ in grado di facilitare e far funzionare l’operatività quotidiana legata alla “vita” aziendale.
Si tratta di un ruolo ibrido che unisce **attività di segretariato generale **e di **contabilità base **alla gestione del **front office. **La persona ideale è capace di versatilità e visione di insieme, oltre ad avere attenzione e cura a mantenere un **ottimo standing **in ogni occasione.
L’impiego è un **part time** (mattino, 9-13) ed è **richiesta disponibilità immediata**.
Contratto di lavoro: Part-time, Tempo indeterminato
