International Marketing Director

Proclinical are recruiting for an International Marketing Director to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Zug. **Responsibilities**: - Handle marketing partner agency relations, workflow and linked expense budgets. - Collaborate with international marketing and affiliate commercial leads to guarantee constant pull through of marketing method. - You will both develop and deliver presentations to senior management. - Recognise market research and acumens requirements for QINLOCK and Vimseltinib and cooperate with Market Insights to execute suitable studies. - Serve as an integral part of congress planning team and pull-through flawless congress implementation. - Form and execute the ideas of learning, development, and constant improvement as core competencies of the commercial environment. - Other duties may be assigned to this role. **Key Skills and Requirements**: - Educated to a degree level in a business, scientific or similar field, though an MBA would be ideal. - Demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech organisations. - Demonstrable experience within digital marketing, which involves social media, website, and digital measurement plans. - Familiarity within oncology and rare disease launch. - Keen on working within a fast-paced setting, striving to brilliance and working well within a team. - A background in working efficiently across shareholders of all levels with influential abilities. - Communication skills both verbally and in writing. - Able to uphold a "no job is too big or too small" mindset. - Interpersonal capabilities. - Capable of adapting to change within he work setting. - Able to handle competing demands, as well as change approaches or strategies to fit the situation. - Capacity to manage frequent change, delays, or unexpected events with maturity and professionalism.
