Digital Workplace Manager

To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Global IT Department we are looking for a committed Digital Workplace Manager (f/m/d), 100%.

As a Digital Workplace Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Bachem employees have a comfortable, productive, and positive experience while interacting with digital workplace services and tools.

**Your tasks**
- Enhancing End-user Experience, prioritize End-user -friendly interfaces, intuitive workflows, and efficient automation processes.
- Support the implementation, monitoring, and operation of the BACHEM digital workplace technologies by always improving End-user Experience within the Workplace management.
- Act as a technical reference expert for digital workplace: laptops and desktops hardware, mobile devices, client security patches, windows configuration build versions, and office 365 integration.
- Ensure workplace operation stability of the digital workplace technology through effective endpoint management.
- Initiate, support, and oversee digital workplace technology projects.
- Manage digital workplace vendors and ensure support delivery is in accordance with contractually agreed service levels and KPI’s.
- Develop a roadmap to drive the digital workplace strategy, continuous operational improvement, and modernization.
- Ensure the Workplace technologies and processes meet the Group quality GxP best practice requirement.
- Ensure the Workplace technologies and processes meet IT Security and compliance requirements.
- Actively participate in resolving high-priority outages and troubleshooting efforts through proper problem management process.

**Your profile**
- Completed university degree or significant work experience in a relevant domain (e.g. Engineering or IT).
- Customer focus and delivering excellent customer experience.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience (technical and service management).
- Experience with digital workplace technologies (Hardware, Software, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Office 365.
- Hands-on experience with digital workplace tools (SCCM and INTUNE primarily), Active Directory, Group Policies and Virtualization.
- Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment.
- Process design experience, as well as ITIL certification, are an advantage.
- Work experience in a mid-size consulting firm is helpful.
- Excellent English and German skills
