**Work in a growing international company in the hot IT field. Have a dual role in field marketing and global content marketing. We are now looking for a fixed-term field marketing manager to help our German and Swiss teams grow while working closely with our international marketing teams. As a **field marketing manager** for German-speaking markets, this is your opportunity to take the next step in your career and join our international and professional marketing team.

You will be responsible for the marketing planning and execution in Germany and Switzerland. You will define the marketing plan together with the managing directors to develop and execute the tactics in German towards specific audiences based on global messaging.

You will also have a central role in our international marketing team. You will be personally reviewing available content from our experts and public speakers, and making decisions to bring the latest thought-leadership within reach of German-speaking audiences. You also work with our growth marketing team to constantly improve our paid advertising in German.

This is a full-time position in **Zurich**, Switzerland, filled for one year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, plan, and execute local marketing with the management and sales teams in Germany and Switzerland
- Identify, plan, run and attend events, like seminars, conferences, and webinars
- Identify suitable media opportunities and work with the media agency to pitch thought-leading stories to the media
- Actively maintain and improve our existing content with other marketers
- Track, measure and maintain local marketing OKRs part of the local country OKR

**We expect**:

- Full professional working proficiency or native in German **and **English
- A business-oriented mindset and experience within B2B marketing
- Demonstrated experience in copywriting and editing in German
- 5+ years of marketing experience with deeper skills in copywriting or field marketing, ideally within the IT industry
- Some understanding of software development to create content with our experts
- A good understanding of inbound marketing and marketing automation

- Experience from, or interest in, the IT industry is considered a great advantage
- Fluency in other major European languages is a big plus, but not needed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, business, marketing, or relevant field
