Mein Auftraggeber ist ein führender Anbieter innerhalb Private Markets Anlagen. Zur Stärkung des kleineren Teams in Zürich, suchen wir für eine neugeschaffene Stelle einen Business Manager (w/m).

Aufgaben

**Aufgaben**:

- Office Management Verantwortung für die Schweizer Gesellschaft - Organisation Büro, Unterstützung der GL Schweiz, Buchhaltung, Budget, Cash Management, HR
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Folien und sonstigen Marketing-Materialien, inklusive Übersetzungsarbeiten
- Pflege des Folienmanagement-Systems
- Projektmanagement/Koordination für Ausschreibungen und Mitarbeit (einfache Themen wie bspw. über die Firma, Mitarbeiterauflistungen, etc.)
- Etablierung von regulatorisch notwendigen Prozessen für die Schweizer Gesellschaft (Kundeneinstufung, Dokumentation der Kundenbeziehung, Pflege von Formularen, etc.)
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs Schweiz (Erstellung von Kundenpräsentationen, Pflege CRM, Organisation von Events)

Qualifikation

**Skills**:

- Exzellenter Umgang mit MS Office (vor allem Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
- Erfahrung im Management von Projekten (Organisations
- und Multi-Tasking Talent)
- Zahlenaffinität
- Gewissenhafte, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (fliessend), weitere Landessprache (idealerweise Französisch und/oder Italienisch) von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in Private Markets
- Erfahrung aus dem Vertrieb an professionelle Anleger in der Schweiz (regulatorisches Umfeld) / Front Office-Erfahrung
