**Your role**:
As a **(Field) Marketing Manager,** you'll play a pivotal role in driving grape’s regional presence and accelerating our sales pipeline. With a strategic mindset and creative execution, you’ll adapt marketing initiatives to resonate with our audience in different Swiss regional markets, creating compelling campaigns and ensuring alignment with our brand identify. You’ll work closely with sales, external partners, and the wider brand&marketing team to build and deliver initiatives that educate, engage, and convert. From event execution to content creation, your work will directly impact grape’s mission to transform employee insurance.

**\uD83D\uDD0D What you’ll do**:

- Develop regional (DE/FR) and **account-based marketing (ABM) programs** that align with sales goals
- Focus on creating personalized marketing strategies that drive engagement, accelerate deal cycles, and enhance customer relationships
- Plan and execute impactful regional** events**, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget
- Design and execute tailored campaigns, leveraging personalized content, digital marketing and direct mail to address the specific needs of each account
- Collaborate with Sales to create and deliver materials that empower our sales team to grow inbound and outbound opportunities - identify target accounts, understand buyer personas, and create account-specific value propositions
- Produce engaging content for our **website** that attracts and converts target audiences
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, ABM platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools to identify target accounts and track engagement to measure performance and optimize strategies

**\uD83D\uDEE0️ What you’ll need**:

- You bring a combined 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing either from the insurance sector or from a high growth industry
- Experience in field or regional marketing, with a strong focus on events, pipeline growth, sales cycles, and customer journeys
- Demonstrated success in planning and managing events that drive engagement and conversions
- Ability to adapt digital and content marketing initiatives for a regional audience (DE/FR).
- A self-starter mindset with exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
- As a plus, hands-on experience with paid and organic acquisition channels (e.g., PPC campaigns, lead generation, SEO)
- Solid knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and the ability to report actionable insights
- Fluent English, with strong communication skills German. French as a plus.
