OverviewGlobal Marketing ManagerWe are looking for a business-minded, creative and pro-active Marketing Manager to lead the global promotion of our main product lines.This role drives marketing and communication strategy worldwide, ensuring campaigns and content directly support sales force needs and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement global marketing initiatives for the assigned product portfolio, including new launches.Deliver practical, marketing and sales-oriented assets that enable commercial success of the sales force.Oversees the strategy, process, and delivery of global product marketing content and assets for the specified product portfolio, including new launches.Collaborate in hand with Global Product Management, local marketing, sales, Regulatory, Legal, Training and Events, to ensure alignment and execution.Engage with markets and local sales teams to integrate product expertise into campaigns and ensure alignment with business goals.Monitor marketing campaigns for the product portfolio, including new launches, and lead selected communication projects based on agreed KPIs.Job RequirementsCritical Knowledge and Qualifications:University/business degree, with experience in B2B marketingBusiness mindset with a strong drive for achieving resultsExcellent written and spoken English; other languages appreciatedKnow-how within strategic marketing and communication campaignsMinimum 5 years of working experience within marketing and/or product managementExperience within the dental or medical field is an advantageExperience in creating and executing communication campaignsExperience in project management with cross-functional teamsExperience in multi-channel content creationSoft skills:Business mindset and a structured personality that connects sales and marketing goalsCustomer centricity: ability to think customer to drive journey and creative briefsPro-active, agile and curious to learn and develop new projectsTeam player: ability to work with stakeholders and collaborateGood English communication and presentation skillsExperience with other languages is an assetHard skills:Office suite with strong ability to drive PowerPoint presentationsHubSpot platformExperience with Adobe Suite is a plusExperience with Tableau software is a plus#LI-SM1Operating Company: Nobel BiocareEnvista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
