ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and support rapid growth.Manage and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Conduct thorough market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement and ROI.Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.Identify and pursue new market opportunities and innovative growth initiatives to expand market reach.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in a marketing role, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing strategies and execution.Demonstrated ability to develop, launch, and manage successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track performance and inform decision-making.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working within a fast-paced "scale up" or growth-oriented environment.Advanced degree (e.g., Master's) in Marketing or a related discipline.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.A portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.Ability to manage marketing budgets and external vendor relationships effectively.
