Zusätzlich zu den Restaurants & Stores beschäftigt wir eine
**Manufaktur **als Produktionsküche in Rümlang. Dort stellen über 80 Mitarbeitende an 365 Tagen pro Jahr den grössten Teil des Angebotes her. Die tägliche Lieferung an die Betriebe erfolgt umweltschonend via SBB und Elektro-Lastwagen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:
**Einkauf**:

- Operativer und strategischer Einkauf der Food und Non Food Artikel des Produktionsbetriebes
- Führen von Lieferantengesprächen und Audits
- Stammdatenpflege in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem F&B Support
- Führen des Beanstandungswesens im Bereich Einkauf
- Optimierung der Lagerlogistik
- Dispo
- und Eindeckungs
- Management
- Verantwortung im Bereich Rohwarenwechsel

**Verkauf**:

- Verkaufsmeetings, Präsentationen und Degustationen mit Kunden
- Führen der Verkaufsdokumentationen, (Analog und WEB Auftritt)
- Kalkulationen, Nachkalkulationen
- Schreiben von Offerten
- Fachliche Kontaktperson für produktbezogene Kundenanfragen

**Entwicklung / Product Management**:

- Technische Leitung im Prozessmanagement der Produkteentwicklung
- Verpackungsentwicklung
- Innovationsmanagement / Entwicklung der verschiedenen Produkte
- Datenverantwortlichkeit für (Deklaration, Rezepte, Kalkulation)
- Bindeglied Entwicklung /Produktion/Q-Management

**IT / Systeme**:

- Verantwortlich (1. Level Support) für die IT Systeme:

- SWLabel (Access basierte Etikettier Software)
- SWProduktion (Access basiertes Produktionssystem)
- Calcmenu (Rezeptur
- und Kalkulations

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Hotelfachschule oder Weiterbildung in F&B
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Weitere Sprachen von Vorteil (Französisch, Italienisch, Englisch)
- Führungserfahrung mit unterschiedlichen Kulturen
- Saubere, exakte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Stressresistent, belastbar und körperlich fit
