Production and Logistics Manager

Our patented products have been validated to help the semiconductor supply chain ensure quality control by detecting and identifying undetected or unknown contaminations. With a recent $14 million seed investment led by Intel Capital, we are scaling up our operations to bring our unique technology to the industry as quickly as possible.

**Role Overview**

As the Production & Logistics Manager, you will play the central role in defining, optimizing, and overseeing our production processes and managing our logistics operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of our high-tech equipment. Your expertise in production planning, inventory management, supply chain management, and logistics will be crucial in driving operational excellence and supporting our growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and oversee the overall production processes together with our technology development team to ensure efficient and high-quality output
- Lead the selection and implementation of suitable business software solutions (ERP, PLM, etc) to support production and logistics operations
- Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including shipment, delivery, and installation of our machines worldwide
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to optimize inventory management and improve supply chain performance
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols throughout the production and product life cycle
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in production and logistics management, preferably in a high-tech equipment manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of the requirements on processes and challenges with operations in a small company
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Hands-on mentality helping out wherever needed
- Fluency in English and German; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
