Cilag AG, being part of the Janssen Supply Chain and a member of Johnson & Johnson Family of companies, is currently looking for an Management Assistant (60%-80%) to be based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

:
The Management Assistant (60%-80%) will be accountable for technical and administrative activities within the Technical Operations department.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define, train, execute and review lifecycle management of process reliability activities in the area of Technical Operations.
- Raw data control for TO documents, Process owner for TO documentation in Doc space
- Department Training coordinator
- Management and archiving of GMP relevant TO documentation and Record Retention Coordination
- Update SOPs, WIs and FRMs, Training Coordination for TO
- Monitoring of status for Compliance Wire and Trackwise; Update of PQR status for TO
- Administration and support for new employees (e.g. Job description, sharepoint, company drive requests)
- Reinforce a strong quality presence and encourage constructive relationships with manufacturing and support groups.
- Contribute to achieve annual Technical Operations goals in Planning & Execution Support Team.
- Office management (supplies & floor space management)
- Executive calendar management, responsible for organisation of group and team events, travel management
- Support to global program manager

- Experience within a regulated professional environment
- Background as technical assistant with focus on documentation management
- Flexible, motivated and innovative team player
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in both German and English
