**Your team**:

Our culture welcomes independent thinkers and centres around investment excellence, a long-term perspective and dedication to client service.- We are seeking to recruit a Client Portfolio Manager to work on our Thematic Equities team. Our team has grown rapidly over the last years in terms of assets, strategies and the number of clients. To sustain such growth, we are looking for a motivated individual who will be available for six months to help support our passion for environmental investing and communicate it to our global client base.**Your role**:
- Supporting the team with thematic equities by providing a dedicated focus on environmental equities and associated sustainable investment matters.
- Helping to develop new and existing thematic ideas, particularly by producing presentations and marketing materials.
- Attending weekly investment meetings.
- Being involved in sessions to help further develop and coordinate our environmental impact frameworks and models, our engagement with corporates and ESG materiality matrixes.
- Helping to keep track of the competition offering and performing comparative analyses.
- Working with the sales teams, investment teams and back and middle offices to respond promptly to requests for data and/or presentation materials.
- Helping to produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual product updates.
**Your profile**:
- Undergraduate degree-level education a minimum requirement.
- Highly self-motivated, organised and independent, able to multitask and work at the last minute under pressure.
- Impeccable written communication and narrative-crafting skills in English (native or equivalent).
- Strong ability to develop impactful presentations and narratives via PowerPoint, with a good eye for aesthetics (flow, content, and design).
- Ability to grasp complicated or abstract concepts and explain them clearly and succinctly.
- Passionate about environmental processes and with a strong desire to keep up to date with the latest developments. A background in environmental sciences or related topics (e.g. biodiversity, energy transition, circular economy) would be a strong plus.
- Experience in equity investing or asset management would be a definite asset.
- Keen interest in environmental equities, ESG integration and corporate engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
