**Portfolio Manager - Wealth Management**

Pour notre client, une banque privée de taille intermédiaire, nous recherchons un(e) Portfolio Manager, reporting direct au Head of Asset Management.

Vous aurez la possibilité d’évoluer au sein d’une équipe dynamique dans un établissement bancaire de taille humaine et d’envergure internationale.

**Votre profil et vos tâches**
- Identifier et exécuter des opportunités d'investissement
- Mener des recherches et des analyses de marché approfondies
- Gérer les expositions aux risques et contribuer au succès global des stratégies d'investissement de la société.
- Collaborer avec des collègues de différentes fonctions, y compris la recherche, le trading, la gestion des risques et les opérations, pour atteindre les objectifs d'investissement du fonds et favoriser une culture d'innovation et d'excellence.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'investissement adaptées aux objectifs, à la tolérance au risque et aux conditions du marché du fonds.
- Force dans le développement de produits, de l'initiation à la livraison du produit final, en s'engageant avec les parties prenantes concernées dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise à chaque étape du processus

**Profil et qualités requises**
- 5+ ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire dans des banques privées
- Connaissance intime de l'analyse des actions, de la sélection de titres et de la gestion de portefeuille
- Capacité à synthétiser et à exécuter des vues d'investissement dans des stratégies de trading exploitables pour les portefeuilles de clients
- Expérience du trading de produits dérivés dans le cadre d'une gestion efficace de portefeuille
- Très bonnes connaissances de l’environnement Fixed Income et Securities (CH, EU et US)
- Compréhension approfondie des déterminants micro et macro de l'évaluation ainsi que capacité à disséquer le sentiment du marché, le positionnement et l'analyse technique
- Capacité pratique et éprouvée dans la sélection de fonds
- Connaissance des exigences suisses en matière de gestion d'actifs et de réglementation bancaire (LSFin, Finma)
- Compréhension qualifiée des produits structurés
- Capacité à communiquer des points de vue aux parties prenantes internes et externes et des points de vue clés du marché et des perspectives d'investissement
- Engagement profond pour le travail d'équipe
- Solide expérience en allocation d'actifs et gestion discrétionnaire de portefeuille
