**Function**:
Reporting to the Director of Innovation and in close collaboration with other team members this function ensures the effective delivery of the Innovation Portfolio by leading and guiding Innovation Managers and their projects. It is responsible for monitoring project progress and timely delivery and making recommendations for process improvement and resource allocations. It also keeps track of contractual arrangements among partners, between core team and external collaborators as well as overseeing the budget process, financial management and reporting, and supporting the compilation of administrative and financial documents when submitting funding proposals.

**Profile**:

- Qualification in project management
- Minimum of 10 years professional experience of which at least 5 in project or program management and design and 5 years in a relevant field (environmental policy, conservation, sustainable development, social sciences...)
- Previous experience managing multiple projects with different themes
- Good leadership experience with both internal and external staff
- Experience in developing and maintaining partnerships with government agencies, non-governmental organisations and corporations.
- Fluent English other European languages a plus
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and convince, both written and verbal
