Senior Global Quality Compliance and Supply Chain Operations Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for quality and safety across the global supply chain operations of the organization.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and coordinate quality and regulatory audits, inspections and assessments across the organization.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain operations and quality compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on quality and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations and quality compliance.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, customers and suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to market while maintaining the highest level of quality.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, business, engineering, or science.
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry with a focus on quality compliance and supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for quality and safety, including FDA, EMA, and other international regulatory agencies.
- Proven experience leading and coordinating quality and regulatory audits, inspections, and assessments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
