- At Bayer’s Consumer Health Division, we're empowering the transformation of everyday health for all. The Head of Global Quality Management reports directly to the Executive Committee Member - Head of Regulatory, Medical, Safety, Compliance, and Quality. This person will be accountable for day-to-day operations of the end-to-end global quality management organization as well as setting the long-term vision and strategy for the group._
- For this position, we are looking for a senior leader who will bring a consumer centric mindset to the organization, all while maintaining the appropriate standards for quality. As the primary holder of accountability for the quality of our products and over 170 brands, this individual will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of worldwide systems of Global Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and International Organizational Standards (ISO) alongside best in class competitive approach to quality assurance, control and design in end-to-end quality of our iconic portfolio._
- This highly cross functional role will be a member of the Bayer Regulatory, Medical, Safety, Compliance and Quality Leadership Team, a member of the Global Consumer Health Product Supply Leadership Team, and _a member of the Corporate Bayer Quality Management Committee. This role and their team will work across global, regional and local business, manufacturing and supply chains to ensure the supply of finished goods and services in compliance with legal, compliance and Bayer’s requirements_

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Direct the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Bayer Consumer Health Quality Management System including process, standards and future proofing across the Consumer Health manufacturing sites, the supply chain and the end-to-end development of product and pack
- Direct the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of end-to-end strategic quality management and compliance relevant documentation systems
- Oversee the quality compliance, assurance and governance needs of the Bayer Consumer Health process to validate and ensure development, manufacture and supply of finished goods and services in line with legal, regulatory and Bayer requirements across all markets and brands
- Provide an enterprise review, explore and recommendation around continuous improvement, efficiency and cost management of R&D quality, manufacturing site quality and supply logistics to ensure a view on capital investments alongside a cost-conscious culture. Lead and coach the quality specialists across the organisation to drive for advantage, focusing on developing an organisation of sustained outperformance vs. external peers and to internal benchmarks

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Committed to foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, empowerment and innovation
- Degree in sciences, supply chain, or pharmacy preferred, with at least 15 years’ experience in Consumer health (OTC, VMS, Cosmetic, Food,) quality assurance
- International experience highly preferred
- Diverse range of experience in international quality management issues and compliance as well as skills/knowledge in different pharmaceutical areas
- Proven leadership experience in a Consumer Health/Self Care industry environment of a multi-cultural, diverse organization
- Proven experience in change and program management including cultural and business process change
- Proven experience in a consumer health industry of driving for quality advantage, and managing risk, compliance, and issue management
