The ABB Way Finance Transformation Program is a business-led program that will help to underpin the new ABB Way operating model and decentralization agenda. It is a key first step in establishing global end-to-end processes and modernizing the finance part of our legacy ERP estate which will create sustainable benefits for ABB. In this role you will report to the Global ERP CoE, assigned to grade 10 with direct collaboration with Internal Controls and Assurance. You will be responsible for supporting project and PMO processes including planning, risks management, status reporting and implementation of delivery for cross-system SOD risk between CFIN and local ERPs globally.

**Your responsibilities**:
- The project manager will execute the plan to align data elements within CFIN and local ERPs to allow for a systematic cross-system SOD evaluation to be performed and thus mitigate the cross-system risk globally. This will include:
- Supporting a multidisciplinary central team, from project planning to stabilization
- Facilitating continued connection and alignment with local teams, supporting the bridge between the central team, countries and IS
- Facilitating the escalations and issues resolution during the transition in order to achieve the deadlines and outcomes that have been set
- Managing change and relationships in an effective way, involving processes, technology, ways of working and data
- Carry out detailed project planning and status reporting
- Support all requested changes to delivery scope ensuring that the Scope Change Control Procedure is followed at all times
- Project leadership - helps define main guidelines, allocate project tasks, motivate and monitor internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. Provides performance feedback regarding plans and allocated resources working on projects
- Project execution and control - effectively organizes, monitors and controls activities to ensure achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of resources.
- Project governance - ensures projects follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures.
- Project reviews - Ensures that timely and effective project review preparations and project reviews takes place.
- Stakeholder relations - Serves as the key contact for the project stakeholders, and an escalation point for project issues. Effectively communicates appropriate information to stakeholders in a timely manner and to achieve desired understanding and support.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
- 8-10+years of proven relevant experience
- Project management experience
- SOD knowledge is required
- Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Good at networking skills (finding the right people in the organization)
- Ability to influence - create appetite for simplifications and willingness to change
- Excellent communication skills: present and report activities in a clear and effective way to stakeholders in various levels of seniority
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Ability to comfortably work across teams of different cultures and time zones
- PMP / PRINCE certification a plus
