**Financial Planning & Analysis Front Office Manager Switzerland (80-100%)**:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Front Office Manager, your role will provide insights to management by assembling data, prepare reports and make presentations; support fact-based decisions by providing financial insights and implications. Besides, you will serve as interface to and Business Partner of the Country Finance Manager (CFM), and act as member of the Finance Leadership team of ABB Switzerland. In this role, you will ensure that the FP&A team is properly organized, staffed, skilled and led. With Guidance and Motivation, you will develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies and create, cultivate and develop talents and capabilities with focus on controlling service quality.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures as well as efficient value flow and compliance with corporate, country and tax standards, regulations and guidelines
- Establish, improve, standardize and oversee processes and tools necessary to obtain reliable financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
- Supervision of Corporate Controlling of ABB Switzerland, including services delivered out of Hub locations
- Monitor financial planning and performance of Country Functions, identify issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies. Drive appropriate cost structure and productivity optimization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team providing management accounting services to relevant internal stakeholders
- Lead and support local and ABB Group projects like M&A, carve outs, etc. Contribute to the ABB Finance Transformation Program
- Closely collaborate with FIOS Front Office regarding local GAAP, pension accounting, audit matters, etc.
- Support internal and external audits and contribute to the implementation of a stable Internal Control framework
- Establish timely and efficient communication with relevant local, businesses and HQ Controllers, Finance Business Services, as well as other internal customers to identify and realize improvements of operations, work quality and efficiency in the area of responsibility

**Your background**:

- University degree in Finance/Controlling
- 8-10 years of relevant finance/controlling work experience
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities, combined with process expertise
- Willing to challenge the status quo and experience in driving change-management initiatives
- Proactive and outgoing personality, willing to assume responsibility
- Hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently, pragmatic and proactively both with local and global contacts
- Profound knowledge of finance and controlling end-to-end processes and tools (SAP, BW, ABACUS Analyzer, etc.)
- Strong Swiss and USGAAP regulations know-how
- Fluency in German and English is a must, other languages are of advantage
