**The position**
- As a Key Account Manager your primary responsibility will be to establish new relationships and expand our business network of key accounts (Key Pharmacies, Key practice groups, Covendos, etc.) in order to develop our business within Switzerland, identifying decision-makers at the client, understanding strategic business challenges and priorities, and analysing information to prioritize opportunities critical to an account.- In addition, your tasks will also be to:
- Develop short and medium-range strategies and business plans to achieve overall business objectives
- Identify and cultivate new strategic opportunities, negotiate deals, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Achieve strategic and tactical sales targets within channels and contribute to regional and national goals
- Maintain constructive collaboration with cross-functional colleagues and effectively implement action plans aligned with company initiatives
- Participate actively in internal meetings, lead national initiatives, maintain professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), analyse sales data, and uphold Novo Nordisk's integrity

**Qualifications**
- Paramedical, medical, scientific or management education- Proven experience preferably in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare industries
- Several years of Sales or Key Account Management experience in the lifescience industry, pharma would be a plus
- Languages: German fluent, English fluent, French (desirable)
