Rollenbeschreibung

Als Mobiler Service Techniker bei Fisker verantwortest du die Aktivitäten vor Ort beim Kunden und stellst einen reibungslosen und qualitätsbewussten Service sicher. Neben der fachlichen Qualifikation benötigt diese Position praktische Erfahrung mit E-Auto Service, Diagnose und Reparatur.

Der ideale Kandidat sollte eine Affinität zur E-Mobilität, sowie den neusten Trends in der Automobilindustrie, wie z.B. OTA Technologien, haben. Außerdem sollte eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit Can-Do Mentalität und ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung vorhanden sein.

Diese Position ist in Lausanne, Switzerland zu besetzen.

Was zu tun ist- Fahrzeugdiagnostik, Fehlersuche
- und Behebung, Over-The-Air Software Updates.- Durchführen von Kundendienst-Arbeiten beim Kunden vor Ort- Durchführen von mobilen Services nach vorheriger Ferndiagnose inklusive vorbereitender Arbeiten wie z.B. Sicherstellen der Teileverfügbarkeit.- Kommunikation mit dem Kunden z.B. zur Bestätigung von Terminen, zwecks ausführlicher Fehlerbeschreibung oder um eine transparente Kundeninformation zu vorgenommenen Arbeiten am Fahrzeug sicherzustellen (z.B. gefundene Fehler, mögliche Reparaturen, Zeitaufwand, Dokumentation, Sicherheitsinspektion, Wartungen).- Unterstützung der Fisker eigenen Service Center sowie externer Servicepartner.- Sicherstellen einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch ausgezeichneten Service.- Identifikation und Meldung von komplexen technischen Fehlern- Erfolgreiche Teilnahme an internen Trainings.

Was mitzubringen ist- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Kfz-Mechatroniker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im genannten Aufgabenbereich.- Erfahrung mit Batterie-elektrischen Fahrzeugen und gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Diagnosegeräten.- Zertifizierung zum Arbeiten an Hochvolt Systemen.- Kenntnisse mit ECU Fehlersuche, CAN/LIN/i/Body Bus, LVDS, usw.- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse wäre ein Vorteil im Bewerbungsprozess.- Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kunden.- Reisebereitschaft und Freude am mobilen Arbeiten.
