**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Structuring, planning, execution and control of projects
- Definition and supervision of subprojects
- Staffing of the project according to the changing needs in the course of the project in cooperation with Technical Directors and Technical Product Managers and in alignment with global resource management
- Delivery of the agreed project results (balance between time, cost, quality)
- Assessment, quality assurance of achievements and regular reporting
- The organization and documentation of project related meetings
- Ongoing identification, evaluation and mitigation of project risks
- Escalation in case of deviations on predefined levels
- Application of project management methodology
- Evaluation of projects after completion and reporting on lessons learned
- Assure a solid project governance in projects
- Independent and critical evaluation of tasks given, or decisions made, especially by Technical Product Managers and Market Product Managers, including the active communication to them

**Deine Skills**:

- Strong project management skills, proven knowledge and experience in project management methodologies (traditional: a must, agile: desired). Project management certification required (e.g. PMI), or readiness to achieve such a certification.
- Technical background - e.g. university degree in field of technologies or engineering
- Leadership experience in small and medium teams
- Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles and book keeping
- Excellent communications skills
- Fluent written and spoken technical English skills, German and/or French language skills are beneficial.
- Natural leadership and integrity
- Open, constructive and direct communication
- Structured and process-oriented way of working
- Strategic and anticipatory thinking
- Result oriented and proactive behavior
- Ready to reveal deviations and deal with uncertainties
