**Your Main Tasks**
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and support internal and external investor events, both in person and virtual.
- ** Brand Stewardship**: Uphold the integrity of the responsAbility brand by ensuring all marketing materials are conform to our Corporate Identity/Corporate Design (CI/CD) standards and safeguard the brand against infringement.
- ** Design Proficiency**: Your talent in creating visually appealing content for presentations and reports will be seen as a plus.

**Your Experience and Skills**
- You have excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, and are serving as the company's guest representative, with a proven track record of event management in a similar setup.
- You possess excellent organization, planning, and troubleshooting skills.
- You are able to work independently and have a strong sense of taking full ownership of the entire event value chain.
- You have a professional, service-oriented attitude, are highly reliable, and enjoy client contact.
- You demonstrate cross-linked thinking and a detail-oriented eye with the ability to prioritize.
- You have digital marketing proficiency with knowledge about platforms like Marketo, aimed at amplifying our message and engaging our target audience.
- Being present and willing to work occasionally on evenings will be required.
