**Responsibilities**:
**1. Technical Partnership Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical partnerships, ensuring all aspects of the relationship are maintained and nurtured.
- Oversee the accreditation and audit processes with internal staff, partners, ensuring that all requirements are met and certifications are up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on the latest technological developments and ensure that our partnerships align with our technical capabilities and business goals.
- Monitor and manage the delivery of partnership projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met.
**2. Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify opportunities within existing partnerships to drive additional sales and business development initiatives.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to align partnership strategies with broader sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, focusing on mutual growth and increased revenue generation.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics related to partnerships, providing regular updates and recommendations to the Sales Director.
- Organize and lead partnership meetings, ensuring that both partners and mindit.io are aligned and working towards common goals.
**Qualifications**:
- **
Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, within the software or technology sector. Experience with leading platform companies such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, or BI/Analytics tools like Databricks and Snowflake is essential.
- ** Project Management**: Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing technical projects, certifications, and audits.
- ** Sales Acumen**: Proven track record in sales or business development.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with partners at all levels.
- ** Technical Knowledge**: A solid understanding of software development, industry-specific solutions, and the technical aspects of partnership management.
- ** Relationship Management**: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.
