**About the job**:

- Performing final closure and sign-off of financial statements according to statutory (HB1) and IFRS laws and regulations creating a comprehensive commentary based on sound financial analysis
- Managing treasury operations including cash flow management definitions and decisions
- Defining, calculating, aligning with internal stakeholders with regard to social security, incentive payments and other HR related accruals (e.g. holidays not taken, overtime)
- Ensuring that all processes are defined fully compliant with internal policies (e.g. DAL, Procurement, internal controls, expenses, credit management, capital investment, accounting or treasury policies, etc.)
- Ensuring that all processes are defined fully compliant with legal regulations
- Managing taxes either for defined tax types calculate and submit or final review and submission of taxes calculated in the GBS hub
- Ensuring that corporate legal compliance is applied locally, documentations are up to date, changes incorporated and approved and communicated
- Managing the statutory formal internal control system (ICS), closely aligning with other operational controls owned and managed by the GBS Hub/Spokes, ensure internal control effectiveness of local organization
- Ensuring that management fee and recharging procedures, documentations are up to date and changes incorporated and approved and communicated
- Cooperation with stakeholders, like bank, authorities, corp. tax, corp. controlling and partner with local entity management
- Being the first contact for business regarding special projects and expert advice, consult business projects if required

**About you**
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- Apprenticeship or University degree preferably in Finance
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role in local entity
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP System
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in financial accounting, financial analysis treasury management
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
- Excellent English and German proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
