Product Manager

Join our team and support us in our aim to build the next generation of environmental databases. In this role, you will discover the challenges our internal & external data contributors face and build solutions with your multidisciplinary product team that improve the contribution process and allow us to scale the depth & breadth of our database.

**What you will be doing**:

- Map the current contribution process, the stakeholders, their pains & the opportunities to improve
- Define a product strategy for the contributions domain together with the Lead Product Manager & CTO
- Lead the discovery process that transforms the strategy & insights into valuable ideas
- Convert these ideas into usable & feasible features with designers & engineers
- Support the designers & engineers in building & releasing those features
- Track the success or failure of the feature to achieve its intended goal and adapt
- Promote and assist the team in adopting an iterative product development model
- Document & share your knowledge using multimedia tools

**What you bring**:

- You have built digital products as a product manager in a multidisciplinary team
- You have created a product roadmap before
- You can research user needs and validate a concept with them
- You can facilitate a workshop or difficult decision meeting
- You are driven by metrics and data-based decision making
- You are open minded, you listen, understand, discuss and find solutions
- You work best in a team
- You communicatie effectively in English both online & offline, written & spoken
- You are curious and eager to learn
- You are analytical and creative
- You can give and receive feedback
