As Compliance Manager at Creset AG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations adhere to the complex and ever-evolving regulatory landscape within Switzerland's fintech sector. You will collaborate closely with various internal departments, including product development, risk management, and operations, to design, implement, and maintain robust compliance frameworks. Your expertise will help to safeguard our reputation, protect our customers, and support our continued growth while ensuring regulatory adherence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Regulatory Compliance Management**:

- Develop, update, and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with external consultants and legal advisors to ensure alignment with local regulatory authorities.

**2. Licensing and Reporting**:

- Assist in obtaining and maintaining appropriate licenses and permits required for our fintech operations.
- Oversee and prepare regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures in compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities during audits and examinations.

**3. AML/CFT and KYC Compliance**:

- Develop and maintain robust anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT) programs.
- Implement and improve Know Your Customer (KYC) processes to ensure the identification and verification of customer identities in line with Swiss regulations.

**4. Employee Training and Awareness**:

- Conduct compliance training for employees, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and obligations under relevant regulations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CFE) is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in legal compliance within the financial services industry, preferably in a fintech company.
- Familiarity with fintech-related regulations and emerging trends in the financial technology sector.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing compliance programs and frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams worldwide.
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken), additional languages are advantageous.
- Residence in Switzerland (as citizen or holder of a Residence Permit B or C)
