We are the CXP - FastTrack for Azure team, an Azure engineering organization, passionate about exceeding customer expectations by de-risking and accelerating Azure deployments, and at the same time improving the Azure platform.

FastTrack takes a solution-centric approach, providing customers with Microsoft Azure engineers, tools and best practices significantly increasing customer success with Azure. Our team is looking for you, a Program Manager (PM) Lead that brings high-energy leadership, create teamwork and positive attitude to our customer-focus team of Program Managers chartered with enabling a world-class experience for Microsoft Azure cloud platform customers.
Most of all, we are looking for someone with a growth mindset, eager to learn new things and become better every day, never afraid to fail, learn, iterate.

This position is open for remote working from the country listed in the job posting, meaning you can work from home for most of your time. Presence in the office and some travel is required at the beginning to meet stakeholders and other team members. Travel required after the initial startup is around 10%

**Responsibilities**:

- ** People management**: Manage a team of Program Managers, create clarity, generate energy and drive them towards success. You will be their coach, you will assist them in their daily work and you will work with them to build and support their growth
- ** Stakeholders management**: Maintain working relationships with stakeholders across engineering, sales, and partner teams, located in Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Portugal, Austria and the Middle East and Africa region
- ** Strategic projects**: Work closely with your peers and senior PMs to drive strategic initiatives in Fast Track for Azure, including pilot programs and change management programs

**You possess the following attributes**:

- ** Experience of leading people** and working in a cross-group and matrixed team environments, preferably in an engineering or technical organization.
- ** You are an energetic, thoughtful, and creative leader**:

- You have day-to-day **customer-facing experiences** sharing empathy, with an ability to create an amazingly positive experience for customers
- Track record of **problem-solving** ranging from conceptualization to implementation, specifically developed on **large scale cloud migrations**:

- Ability to **communicate **effectively with executives and engineering teams
- ** Growth mindset** and adaptability to change

**Qualifications**:

- Executive presence and business acumen to win the hearts and minds of technical and business leaders.
- Ability to generate trust, build alliances across the organization, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams to the benefit of engineering, and customers.
- Recognized as a thought leader and mentor.
- Proven experience working in a direct customer facing role within management consulting, at a system integrator, or managing programs focused on migrating customers to the cloud
- Technical proficiency in one or more cloud technologies, preferably Azure
- Understanding of architectural and cloud design principles, including Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) preferred
