Zehnder has started on an exciting journey to enhance our products with state-of-the-art digital functionalities. For this purpose, we are setting up a new international team of digital experts headed by our new Chief Digital Officer (CDO). Directly reporting to the CDO, we are looking for an experienced change manager, to support the overall change management, communication and training strategy a as well as executing strategies to support required behavior change to deliver on our digital strategy. You will lead change management and communicate progress across the company providing an increased transparency and adoption of change across business areas. You also act as the single point of contact for all matters relating to change management and digital program communication. **In this role you will be accountable for**: - Developing our change management strategy, defining success criteria and an implementation plan on how to support the business in moving to new ways of working, new processes & technology and how we deliver value to our customer - Acting as coach and partner to initiative leads, innovation and portfolio managers in order to implement the change management strategy both internally and externally - Writing compelling and effective messaging and content for a variety of audiences and channels including (but not limited to) leadership messages, blogs, newsletters, announcements, videos, presentations, and events. - Working closely with internal communications to ensure timely and effective delivery of change progress and updates. - Ensuring the preparation, support and equipping of people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more, e.g., by providing input, document requirements and designing training programs - Supporting project teams in anticipating risks and change impact, as well as finding innovative and creative ways to motivate employees and stakeholders and minimize resistant behaviors - Coordinating with the various Workstreams to ensure the change process is aligned - Providing transparency on change adoption and progress by tracking and updating ongoing change initiatives - Working closely with HR, Marketing and Sustainability teams to align on common outcomes, acts as the single point of contact for HR and Executive members on all aspects relating to transformation and change management processes - Providing information to HR to ensure clear alignment and engagement to support changes impacting employees - Introducing and promoting evidence-based change management practices to the organization and incorporating their execution within integrated project plans. - Developing and owning effective strategies and ensuring change management deliverables include change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, stakeholder and sponsorship management, risk management, communications, training, and resistance management. - Building toolkits, templates, and processes to promote self-service and communication best practices across the organization. - Tracking and reporting metrics on effectiveness of content and messages to internal stakeholders, as well as continually monitor, analyse, and tune messaging to maximize conversion. - Supporting related events and formats such as roadshows, townhalls, online presence, and social media campaigns **To succeed in this role, you will need**: - In terms of professional experience and formal education: - An advanced University Degree in change management, business administration or a related field - +5 years of relevant experience in an international, industrial environment. - +5 years in business and technology transformations - Min 5 years in managing change in global change projects, involving high degrees of local ownership - a Change Management certification is highly desirable, a background in systemic coaching as a plus. - Strong experience in driving Transformation and Change
