**Position Summary**:
We’re looking for a forward-thinking SCM Digital Transformation Manager to drive innovation, efficiency, and transparency across our supply chain operations. In this key role, you'll lead the implementation of digital tools, data analytics, and automation strategies that elevate performance and decision-making across multiple sites. If you’re passionate about combining technology and supply chain excellence—this is your runway.

**Your role**:

- **Drive digital enablement**:Identify and implement tools that enhance planning, logistics, and procurement across regional sites.
- **Make data actionable**:Design dashboards and performance indicators that give real-time insight into supply chain efficiency.
- **Bridge tech and operations**: Partner with IT and data teams to evolve ERP systems (SAP) and improve reporting capabilities.
- **Find insights in complexity**:Analyze supply chain data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Lead the change**:Support user adoption and manage change effectively across functions and locations.

**Your profile**:

- Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business, or IT
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, analytics, or process improvement
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Background in aviation or supply chain is an advantage
- Analytical, hands-on, and comfortable driving cross-functional initiatives
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
