We offer an exciting role for a passionate and experienced product manager like you. You will work within the client value stream ‘tailored digital content‘ as part of the Investment Ecosystem team in IWMS (Investment & Wealth Management Solutions).

Your focus will be to increase the reach and impact of tailored investment & product views with a seamless and on-time distribution to clients and employees, enabled by a fully aligned modular investment content production chain.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- As the Product Manager of the “ _tailored digital content” _client value stream you shape the vision and related strategic initiatives
- You will drive the initiative roadmap together with the agile delivery team, maximize business value, prioritize with a clear focus, manage dependencies, and actively engage and communicate with key stakeholders in a convincing way and on an ongoing basis to achieve the strategic objectives and related key results
- You will continuously optimize of service levels and costs to operate the platforms
- You will conduct market research to identify future trends and innovative ideas to stay ahead of the curve, both in terms of content and UX/UI design
- You will actively contribute to retain the strong team spirit and collaborative work environment, where an open feedback culture is the fuel for continuous improvement of the overall performance

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- University degree or equivalent in science, business informatics, banking or finance
- Expert knowledge and practical experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent agile methodologies preferably as Product Manager or Product Owner
- 5+ years of professional experience in either digital transformation consulting or change management functions in the Wealth Management / banking industry with proven track record within investment writing, investment publishing, research, investment advisory or sales
- Proven leadership skills and outstanding ability to lead cross-functional and cross-divisional global virtual teams with outstanding communication and presentation skill with senior stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated, self-organized, team-oriented, purpose driven, hands-on personality with a distinctive can-do attitude, comfortable in driving and managing change, actively engaging in constructive discussions, and ensuring alignment with fellow stakeholders while putting value for our clients as priority
- Fluency in German and English (written and verbal) is a must requirement
