**Digital Content Manager (M/F/d) 100%**:
**Background**:
The Digital Content manager is responsible to maximize customer engagement for Innovative Medicines Switzerland through the use of the available online channels. The role holder serves as a consultant of the promoted Brand in terms digital content (e.g. the right content for the right channel in the right frequency). Additionally, he/she provides expertise in SEA, SEO, Social Media & is responsible for translating the brand positioning and messaging as well as the non-disease specific content, into online content working strongly together with internal and external content experts. In close collaboration with the Digital execution Manager, you as the Digital Content Manager will create an optimal online channel content.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the digital execution manager to plan, develop and execute on Omnichannel engagement plans that support company’s integrated inbound and outbound campaigns
- Main focus area: Continuous development of the online content plan and agenda for multiple stakeholders in close collaboration with the Brand Managers, LBTs and Digital Manager
- Ensuring timely implementation of online content in line with the yearly content plan, agenda and allocated budget
- Ensuring all content placements are in line with relevant internal and external regulations
- Working closely together with internal and external content experts to create content that communicates the brand positioning and messages via online channels
- Managing the total process of digital content management: from content creation to content placement supporting the brand managers and digital manager
- Ensuring compliance for digital marketing in collaboration with digital guidelines, procurement and other guidelines
- Analysing the results of online activities versus pre-defined online KPI’s (e.g. website traffic, newsletter conversion, open and click through rates, social engagement etc.)
- Developing & realizing KPIs for digital activities
- Managing risk, compliance and controls environment, measured through internal and external audits and reviews
- Driving the engagement in SEA, SEO and social media (Linkedin) for the CPO
- Ominichannel engagement measures

**Ideal background**:

- Academic degree in business administration (marketing/advertising majors), communications or media studies
- 4+ Work experience in Swiss market in digital marketing or omnichannel engagement
- Digital agency experience a strong plus
- Fluent spoken and written German and English required, French is a plus
